For our final weekly assignment, we had to integrate a greenscreened person into a scene we built ourselves. I really enjoyed modeling the alley, filming the footage, and compositing the person into the scene. In the end, there was some critique, but overall, it was a fun and rewarding project.

For this weekly assignment, we had to create an entire room from scratch, which was a lot of fun. I decided to recreate my own room, modeling everything—including the computer—before unwrapping the UVs and texturing it all in Substance Painter.

Oh boy, for this weekly assignment, we had to recreate or design a character from scratch and rig it - all within a week. I ran into so many problems along the way... In the end, the render turned out well, but the animation? Not so much.

For this weekly assignment, we had to create a lamp. By this point, I had already found my strength in texturing and hard surface modeling, so the task felt much easier. Strangely, the final render turned out better than the video - I’m still not entirely sure what went wrong during rendering!

That week, we had to animate these fully rigged characters, which was a real challenge for me since I wasn’t very experienced in animation. As you might notice, animation isn’t exactly my strength! However, I did enjoy modeling the Neverwas Haul, which made the project more fun.

Hobos am Ring was my very first project ever. The challenge was to create an animation within a week using pre-rigged Hobo characters. As a beginner, putting together a full animated film in such a short time was incredibly stressful—at least for me. Looking back, it’s probably one of the projects I’m most embarrassed about, but it was definitely a valuable learning experience.
